Ecotherapy removes the traditional office setting and offers an educational and therapeutic alternative to "talk therapy". Connecting deeply and knowing more about your natural surroundings and exercising outdoors can nurture the soul, lessen symptoms of anxiety and depression and increase self-confidence, relaxation and joy, and decreases feelings of anxiety, depression and stress. Suggested locations for walks/hikes can be arranged in Boston and surrounding areas.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) is a therapeutic approach that combines the dissociative-anesthetic medicine ketamine with supportive and integrative psychotherapy.

Ketamine can induces a profound visionary expanded state of consciousness which is highly effective for therapeutic memory reprocessing and cognitive growth. It is a particularly effective medicine for reprocessing and resolving trauma response, depression, chronic pain (i.e. fibromyalgia, migraine), anxiety, existential distress, and problematic substance use.

Psychedelic Integration Support

Psychedelic medicines can catapult as a person to identify more with "the soul" than the "ego". These awakenings to higher consciousness states can happen with or without an experiential crisis. The bio-medical perspective often uses a disease model and can label these experiences as "mental illness". Personal transformations can be catalyzed by day to day stress or by traumatic experiences. With adequate support, individuals can develop an improved sense of well being, less dependency on medications or negative coping mechanisms, more interest in life and increased self-awareness and creativity.

Men's Groups and Retreats

Toxic masculinity and the patriarchy continues to influence our society. Compassion, empathy and vulnerability are seen as weak characteristics under the lens of the "manly" stereotype. These groups serves an space for mutual support as we strive to discuss and adopt a more mature and contemporary approach to masculinity and look for ways to manifest that practice in our day to day lives. These brotherhood groups are open to any individual who identities as male.

Integrated Health Coaching

As a young boy, Nathaniel learned how to use medicinal plants from his mother while spending time in Africa and Europe. Nathaniel studied herbalism and medicinal plants as part of his undergraduate degree at Hampshire College. In 2006, Nathaniel went to work under the guidance of Dr. Lyle Craker, Director of the Medicinal Plant Program at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. While teaching at UMass, Nathaniel continued to learn about herbalism from studying with Rosemary Gladstar, and co-taught field study courses in the Amazon rainforests of Peru. Over the past 10 years, Nathaniel has worked along side and trained with many herbalists and ethnobotanists including Chris Kilham, Kathleen Harrison, Chris Marano, Margi Flint and Guido Mase. Nathaniel's philosophy pairs the art and science of herbalism in an integrated health approach towards wellness.
