Three Pathways to Transformation
Ecotherapy
Not All Who Wander Are Lost

Psychedelic Integration Support
Polishing the Mirror
Plant and psychedelic medicines can invite us to identify more with "the soul" than the "ego." Journeying into altered states of being can release stuck emotions, reveal harmful habits, restore joy and confidence, and push you to encounter and endure unknown fears.
*I do not condone, endorse, encourage, aid or abet in the use of illegal substances, or provide access to illegal substances. Integration support is offered as a harm reduction approach and for psychoeducational purposes only.

Shamanic Healing Arts
Traveling Beyond the Confines of Modern Society
Shamanic healing is not always logical or rational. As one of my teachers describes it, it's "a trained capacity to connect with the web of life." For our ancestors, this was a profoundly spiritual process requiring commitment and openness to examine and learn.
*I make no personal claim to be a shaman or medicine person. The word "shaman" comes from the Tungusic language family of Eastern Siberia, which is not from my lineage. My practice stems from teachers whose heritage connects to traditions that have been impacted by centuries of colonial oppression and cultural assimilation.
Meet Nathaniel Putnam
Explorer, Healer, Guide
Nathaniel Putnam brings a unique blend of academic rigor and experiential wisdom to his practice as a social worker and group facilitator. He holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston University with a clinical concentration in community-based mental health, along with specialized training that bridges traditional and emerging therapeutic approaches.
Credentials & Training
- Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research (CIIS)
- Advanced Ecotherapy Training (Earthbody Institute)
- Clinical Research Experience with FDA-approved MDMA therapy (Lykos/MAPS)
- Member of the Energy Medicine Professional Association
Beyond the classroom and clinic, Nathaniel is an avid explorer who has been blessed to backpack through the spiritual mountains of Nepal, learn from shamans in the Amazon rainforests of Peru, connect with tribal roots in East Africa, snowboard the backcountry of the Swiss Alps, navigate the frozen F roads of Iceland, and surf the challenging waters of California.
When not traveling or working with clients, Nathaniel enjoys studying "the old ways," writing poetry, singing off-key, dancing to bagpipes, practicing martial arts, and being a loving father to three children and various furry companions.

Our Philosophy
Healing is not a destination but a journey of continuous discovery. Our approach honors both the wisdom of ancient practices and the insights of modern psychology, creating a bridge between worlds that allows for authentic transformation.
We believe that:
- Nature is our greatest teacher and healer
- Every person carries their own inner wisdom
- Healing happens in relationship and community
Our Promise:
- Growth requires both challenge and support
- The journey is as important as the destination
- We meet you wherever you are in your journey
"Whether working with individuals or groups, our practice creates safe, sacred space for exploration, integration, and growth. We meet you wherever you are in your journey and walk alongside you as you discover your own path forward."
